Cellular connectivity

We build on pre-certified cellular modules, which is what keeps a white-label order out of the PTCRB lab: the module carries the radio certification, and the end device inherits most of the work. Positioning

GPS alone is a battery bill and an indoor blind spot. Production trackers blend four sources: GNSS outdoors, WiFi MAC sniffing in urban canyons and indoors, cell-tower LBS as the floor, and BLE to detect "the pet is home — stop burning power". The blending logic is firmware we own and tune per product.

Battery & power
Duty cycle, charging, UN 38.3
The spec a tracker is judged on is days between charges, and it is decided in the power design: modem sleep states, GPS fix strategy, motion-triggered wake. The lithium pack needs UN 38.3 before anyone air-freights it — planned at design time, not discovered at the forwarder.
